Reminders:

• Association dues remain at $50 per year. Payable in full by March 31.
• Association meetings are held quarterly, typically on a Tuesday evening, at the Goochland Public Library in January, April, July, and Oct. Please try to attend to meet your neighbors and keep up to date on on-going issues being discussed.
• The community has a number of get togethers in the cul-de-sacs, typically coinciding with major holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. In 2009 we added an Easter Egg Hunt. All residents of Village Hill are WELCOME and we all volunteer to bring the food items.
• We have covenants. Every homeowner has a copy and needs to be aware of what it covers and ABIDE by the rules. With such a relatively small community, it is not a comfortable thing for anyone to have to call you out on something. Common covenant issues have been:
• Any structure change or addition, such as a shed, must be approved by the architectural committee.
• Fences, pools and sheds must also be approved.
• There are rules regarding street parking.
